Was Boris Johnson wrong about lockdown?

Chris Snowdon says Boris Johnson was right to say lockdowns are responsible for the fall in coronavirus infections.

Speaking to talkRADIO’s Mike Graham, the head of lifestyle economics at the IEA said: “Infection rates had fallen by more than 95% since the start of January, but most of that fall had come by mid-February, the vaccines had a very minor impact at that stage.”
