Brendan O’Neill: Government has ‘chosen’ statistics to ‘terrorise us into obedience’

Columnist Brendan O’Neill has strongly criticised the government’s second national lockdown for England, describing it as a “disaster”.

“They’ve obviously chosen particular numbers to try and terrorise us into obedience – that is not how you should treat your citizens.”
