Businessman Simon Dolan has said the aim of his lockdown legal challenge is to ensure the government never imposes such restrictions again.
Speaking with talkRADIO’s Ian Collins, the multimillionaire said: “They’ve used the public health down to lock us down, destroy the businesses…and what we’re saying is: You can’t do this.”
Mr Dolan has taken his case to the Court of Appeal after a High Court judge refused permission for a full hearing of his challenge in July.
